Ten Chee Seong is the Director of Intermediary, Digital, and PRS at AHAM Capital.  In his current capacity, he is responsible for driving business development and managing relationships with key distributors and business partners. His role includes overseeing the Institutional Unit Trust Advisers (IUTA) segment, expanding the firm’s Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) business, and spearheading the growth of Digital distribution channels.

Since joining AHAM Capital in 2010, Ten has held several leadership roles across different business segments. He was instrumental in growing the firm’s retail presence as Head of Personal Wealth Business before transitioning to the Intermediary Business team in 2020 to strengthen the partnerships business. In January 2023, he took on the added responsibility of developing the PRS business, and in April 2025, his portfolio was further expanded to include Digital distribution channels.

Ten holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business Administration from the University of Abertay Dundee, United Kingdom, and is a Certified Financial Planner. He began his career in consumer financial services within the banking sector.
