Adilah is the Director of Legal and Government Affairs for Microsoft in Malaysia and the Philippines. As part of the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) team, she is an advisor to Microsoft for government and public policy issues that impact innovation and growth of the information technology (IT) sector.
Adilah has over 20 years of industry experience under her belt, with her most recent role at Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd. There, she spearheaded the creation of its regulatory affairs function in the role of Regional Regulatory Head, involving digital services across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh.
She had previously held change management roles, including at Khazanah Nasional Berhad and most recently, at MyDIGITAL Corporation, supporting the implementation of the MyDIGITAL initiative to drive Malaysia’s digital economy. Her experience also includes legal and regulatory roles in Dell, Wong & Partners, and the Central Bank of Malaysia.
Adilah holds an LL.M. (Legum Magister) from Columbia University School of Law, New York, and a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, United Kingdom.
