Dina is part of the Digital Assets Unit in the Digital Innovation department of the Securities Commission. His remit is across digital asset development with a focus on digital asset policy making and driving blockchain related initiatives.

Prior to joining the SC, Dina started his career in digital and data consulting before transitioning to a public sector agency, where he focused on blockchain and Web3 investments.
