Kok Kee leads the AsiaNext team of 50-plus professionals, bringing with him over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in traditional finance, real estate, hospitality and digital assets. He has led 2 other Singapore digital asset exchanges (crypto assets and securities tokens) from inception to licensing and business launch. Prior to that, Kok Kee worked at UBS for 18 years, mainly in Chief Operating Officer roles for the Singapore, Taiwan and China locations.
He was Chief Administrative Officer at JP Morgan China for 4 years, before joining Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Plc UK, a real estate and hospitality group under City Developments Limited as its Group Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive experience with strategy and new business development, building best-in-class technology platforms, financial and operations management, and regulatory compliance, and has worked in key cities across the world (Zurich, New York, London, Hong Kong, Taipei and Beijing).
