Nikita Razali is the Head of Suptech Intelligence at the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC). With over a decade of extensive, diverse experience in risk-based supervision and policy development in her prior supervisory role, now with her involvement in supervisory and regulatory technology, she is dedicated to promoting both the integrity as well as advancement of capital markets.

She currently leads a team to design the overall strategic roadmap and monitor project implementation to facilitate initiatives in embracing Supervisory Technology (SupTech) in the SC and catalysing Regulatory Technology (RegTech) adoption within the Malaysian capital market. Together with relevant SC enablers and stakeholders, these initiatives aim to position the SC as a future-ready regulator and create greater value for capital market participants and investors. She also oversees and formulates change management strategies across the SC to shift mindsets towards embracing, appreciating & committing to digital-related transformational change.
